Today is day four out of five days of “single parenting”. Whenever I am on my own, I am awed by the amount of work it takes to actually be a single parent. While in some ways, I am coming apart at the seams, I am also acutely aware of how different life could be.
Tonight I choose to quiet my mind and open my heart to all those who are in pain, who are suffering, who got bad news today or three months ago that turned the world upside down. Tonight I beam love to everyone who could use a hand to hold, a shoulder to cry on, a place to call home. It is paltry, what I am offering, but it is what I have.
I wish I could do more but for now, I send you love.

What you send is not paltry, but the most powerful gift we have to give. I beam my love with yours….and to you.

Love, I think, is more important and better than most other things. Your gift is wonderful, Alana.

I agree with the wisdom above… sending love, Alana, is the best and sometimes, the only, thing any of us can do. Coming from you, it could do great things that you will never see or hear. Just trust it, and yourself, my friend!
Love, as always, to you…

Well now, beaming love is a pretty tremendous gift, and I feel it, accept it, and thank you for it. And hey . . . if you happen to want to beam yourself over to this side of the states and show your a little unpacking love, let me know;)

Wish I could place my head on your shoulder… feeling your love most definitely!
Thank you for sending it my dear!!

Beautiful, so beautiful – and more than enough (hugely, lovely, plenty and then some – to offer us your love!).
And congrats on your 200th post (loved the Rumi!)
