It’s hard to argue with meditation’s proven benefits but it can be intimidating to know where to begin. Dina Proctor, author of the bestselling book, Madly Chasing Peace: How I Went From Hell to Happy in 9 Minutes a Day, shares the powerful practice she developed by accident when her life hit rock bottom and she found herself in an addiction recovery program.
She has since gone on to help thousands of people create lasting change in their lives by meditating for only three minutes, three times a day. Sounds impossible, right? Kinda like 4 minute abs. But it really works.
I met Dina several years ago and she is delightful. If you’ve ever struggled with finding the time to meditate or not knowing where to begin, this simple practice is a wonderful way in.
